Welcome to Nexagil. By using our website or submitting an architecture review request, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Engagement and Requests
Submitting a request for an architectural review does not establish a binding consulting contract. Nexagil reserves the right to qualify requests based on sector alignment, technological scale, and engineer availability.
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
All codebases, design mockups, and infrastructures built for clients under official contracts are subject to full Intellectual Property (IP) and cloud ownership transfer. General advisory material shared during initial assessments remains Nexagil's property.
3. Limitation of Liability
Nexagil shall not be held liable for any decisions, system changes, or downtime resulting from recommendations provided during preliminary, non-contractual architectural reviews.
